What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product — from 6 units for apparel to 10 for coasters and mugs, and 5 for plaques and prints. Get in touch if you need fewer and we will see what we can do.
How do I send my artwork or logo?
Upload it straight from the product page when you order, or attach it at checkout — either way it reaches us automatically. You can also email it to orders@forgebury.co.uk quoting your order number. We accept PDF, AI, PNG and JPG up to 20MB. We check every file before production and flag any issues within 24 hours.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval, plus 1–3 days tracked delivery. Rush orders are available — mention your deadline when enquiring.
Do you offer bulk or club pricing?
Yes — pricing tiers are built into every product. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. For orders over 100 units or ongoing club contracts, contact us for a custom quote.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. For orders above a certain quantity or for first-time customers, we send a digital proof for approval before we start production. Just mention it when you enquire.
What if something arrives wrong or damaged?
Contact us at hello@forgebury.co.uk with your order number and a photo within 48 hours. We will sort a replacement or refund straight away — no hassle.
